Chelsea youngster Dion Conroy has completed a permanent move to League One Swindon Town.The 21-year-old, who can play in defence or midfield, making 17 appearances in all competitions.Redhill-born Conroy first joined Chelsea as an Under-13, having previously spent time with Fulham. He featured in the club’s FA Youth Cup and Under-21 Premier League successes in 2014.Conroy’s teammates at Swindon will include Chelsea loanees Charlie Colkett, Fankaty Dabo and Islam Feruz.
