Nathan Aké happy to celebrate birthday with tough win in FA Cup

Nathan Aké turned 22 years of age on Saturday, which is a strikingly low age considering that it feels like he's been in and around the Chelsea first-group for a lifetime. I assume that is the thing that happens when you make your presentation at 17 and afterward spend a large portion of 10 years meandering around England and Europe on credit.

Aké's currently back, reviewed from Bournemouth in January, and making his second begin for the club. Officially looking the most made out of the three focus backs, he even flaunted his adaptability by changing to left wing-back for the last 20 minutes.

He made a trip to visit with Chelsea TV after the diversion, speaking somewhat about the players' viewpoint on how the amusement went and about what was doubtlessly a not exceptionally cheerful changing area at half-time.

"It was truly intense. They turned out truly well. In the main half they squeezed us high and we couldn't generally play out. We didn't keep the ball and they won the second balls."

"We expected to the change that. In the second half we turned out much better, more sure on the ball, winning first balls and second balls. They didn't generally make anything in the second half and we began to make possibilities. The second half was vastly improved, however the principal half was bad."

"Yes, obviously [we anticipated that them would begin quickly]. Places like this are constantly troublesome in the FA Cup. You see the [other] amusements before on the TV; for huge groups it's so difficult to come to spots this way. We knew it would have been this way however we weren't 100% from the begin. Also, that expected to change, the director made that unmistakable [at half-time]."
